Fees and Insurance
My standard psychotherapy fees for 50-minute sessions are $200 for individual sessions. sessions.  My fee for consulting for EMDR is $125/hour or for consulting group sessions $60 per group. 

Telephone conversations, site visits, report writing and reading, consultation with other professionals, longer sessions and travel time are charged at the same rates, unless indicated and agreed upon otherwise. 

My practice is currently full and I am not taking new clients.  I am working with therapists that want to be certified in EMDR, so I do have openings for therapist consultees.  

 If you are a private pay client, I request that you pay your fee at the time of the service. I can fill out an insurance form that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if I am not on your insurance panel.  .  I would recommend that you call your insurance company to see if they will reimburse you for what is called "out of network" providers.  They frequently will pay for an out of network psychologist but at a lower rate.  You should also ask them about your deductible and about any limitations set on how many sessions you are allowed with your policy.  

I attempt to accommodate each person’s payment preferences by offering a choice of check writing or using cash.    I also am able to accept charges through Visa or MasterCard and will accept payment through Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.

Cancellations 
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client.  If you must cancel and/or reschedule an appointment, I request that you inform me at least a full 48 business-day hours in advance of the appointment.  As it is standard practice, each client who does not keep the appointment or cancels the appointment with less than a FULL 48 business-day hours in advance will be charged the standard 50 minute appointment fees noted above.  Note: insurance does not pay or reimburse missed appointment fees
